Ruveyda Mehlika Alincak

With a background in Art History and Traditional Crafts, Ruveyda views art not only as a form of aesthetic expression but also as a powerful tool for personal growth, emotional recovery, and focus. Art therapy and creative practices allow individuals to explore their inner worlds and express themselves. Believing in the healing power of art, she continues her education in this field, offering this opportunity to others. Currently volunteering as an art teacher at a kindergarten in Estonia, Ruveyda supports creative projects and guides children through artistic expression. In her previous work, she organized art workshops for children in orphanages, using art and play-based activities to foster emotional awareness, self-confidence, and focus. These workshops have provided children with a safe space for emotional expression, contributing to their healing processes. In her adult-focused projects, Ruveyda designs workshops on traditional crafts, painting, and ceramics. These workshops help individuals reconnect with themselves and enhance their focus, creating a meaningful creative environment by combining art with its calming and transformative powers. Ruveyda continues her journey with a belief in the healing, unifying, and transformative powers of art. Through her work in both educational and therapeutic projects, she aims to contribute to the emotional well-being of individuals and communities while continuing her studies in the field.
